simple dainty gold filled cable chain with baby black Tahitian pearl and Maui found Kupe'e shell. 16"
Kūpe'e are eaten, prized for lei, used as an emblem of mourning, used by hālau to hide (pe'e) knowledge or not used by other hālau so knowledge will not be hidden (pe'e) from them.
I have found much enjoyment in collecting these over the years, i only have a few that I'm willing to part with. this one is mostly white w/ some black spots its white & lighter colored on the inside.
